Refund Policy

In order to facilitate exchanges or refunds for items purchased from the QAXX online store, customers are required to engage exclusively with our online channels. Eligibility for such transactions is contingent upon the product remaining unused, with its original label and tag intact. This policy extends solely to local orders placed within three days of delivery notification.

Customers are eligible for an exchange or refund under the following circumstances:

01. Receipt of an incorrect or defective item.
02. Desire to switch to a different size.
03. Change of mind.
04. Evidence of purchase (e.g., order number, email confirmation) is mandatory, and the returned product must retain its original packaging and tags.

Upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse, the exchange or refund process will commence and be completed within 24 hours. All refunds necessitate a valid Pakistani bank account. Refunded amounts exclude delivery charges and will reflect in the customer’s bank statement within seven business days.
